My recent stay at One Resort Aqua Park was a mixed bag, yet it ended on a positive note, perfectly complemented by the gorgeous surroundings. Upon arrival, the initial cold welcome was disheartening, and after waiting over a hour for our room, we were met with disappointment due to the room's condition. The next day brought a much-needed relief with a room upgrade featuring a lovely view and a convenient adult swimming pool right at our doorstep, which perfectly catered to our relaxation needs. What truly made our experience stand out was the friendly and attentive staff, particularly at reception, where the warm welcome drinks made us feel valued. Their readiness to assist and share helpful information about the hotel facilities, including the delightful open buffet at the Mediterranean restaurant, which offered an impressive selection of dishes, enhanced our stay significantly. Although improvements are needed in the children's facilities to make the hotel more family-friendly, the plethora of leisure activities-including billiards, darts, and of course, the water park-kept us entertained. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, and I genuinely hope to return to explore more of its offerings in the future.
